By accessing and using FIP1 OFFICIAL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Once an order is successfully delivered, refunds will not be issued. In case of failed delivery, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

• No refunds for delivered products
• Failed orders are automatically refunded
• Disputes must be raised within 24 hours

You are responsible for providing accurate player IDs and server information. Incorrect details resulting in failed delivery are not eligible for refunds. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

Orders are typically delivered within 2-10 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you haven't received your order within 24 hours, please contact support with your order ID.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to chargeback after successful delivery
• Use our services for fraudulent activities
• Abuse our support system or staff
• Attempt to hack or bypass our security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Any pending orders will be refunded upon termination.

FIP1 OFFICIAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
