Refund Policy

Clear guidelines on refunds and cancellations.
Important: Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund in the following cases:
  • Order not delivered within 24 hours
  • Wrong product delivered due to our error
  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Technical error causing failed transaction
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
  • Wrong player ID or server provided by you
  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Delivery delays due to game server issues
  • Orders already claimed or redeemed
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order ID and payment proof. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method or wallet balance.
